Gmp has proven experience inmanagement for third parties in over 300,000 m² of offices. Gmp has conducted the integrated management of the following real estate portfolios:

• 120,000 m², mainly of offices, from the acquisition of Renta Inmobiliaria, in a20% joint venture with GE Real Estate. Gmp managed the acquisition of the portfolio in 1997, ran the properties and sold it in its entirety in 2004.
  
  
• 42,000 m² of the real estate, logistics and office portfolio of the German fund Stodiek in 2003 and 2004.
  
  
• Since 2005, Gmp has been managing 68,991 m² of office buildings for GE Real Estate.

Gmp performs all the management functions assumed by Asset Managers, Property Managers, Development Managers, and Acquisition Managers.
