So it was that in the eighties it undertook a process of gradually acquiring strategic assets, as the raw materials for future tertiary developments in the district of Las Tablas in the north of Madrid. Gmp has managed this from the outset and has developed two business parks on this land, with a total of 164,821 m².
It is currently managing its own portfolio of tertiary land in Valdebebas, Las Rozas and Las Tablas, where it has 81,734 m² of buildable area for new projects.
